Samantha Chambers Named 2024 Employee of the Year at Prettyman Orthodontics
Charlotte, NC, January 13, 2025 – Prettyman Orthodontics is thrilled to announce Samantha Chambers as the 2024 Employee of the Year. This award recognizes Samantha’s unwavering dedication, exceptional work ethic, and loyal commitment to excellence, which have been instrumental in the growth and success of Prettyman Orthodontics since its inception.
Samantha Chambers has been with Prettyman Orthodontics from day one, standing side-by-side with Dr. Prettyman as his lone employee when the practice first began. Together, they built the foundation of the company—designing patient forms, setting up clinical sheets, and ordering supplies—all while operating out of a few shared chairs in the back of other offices, seeing just a handful of patients a day.
Now, Prettyman Orthodontics has grown into three thriving orthodontic offices, treating 60–80 patients daily, and Samantha has remained at the heart of it all.
“Samantha has been the rock of my clinical practice for my entire 14-year career,” said Dr. Prettyman. “She is the epitome of loyalty and dedication. It’s incredibly rare to find someone so committed, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond in everything they do. She has worked tirelessly, often staying late or arriving early, and has persevered through the challenges of both life and work.
