What to Expect During First Visit

During your first visit, our team will give you an oral exam, take photographs and x-rays and develop a customized treatment plan based on your goals and budget. We will also provide information about insurance options and payment plans. There is never a charge for your first visit so please call and make an appointment as soon as it’s convenient and allow us the honor of getting to meet you.

Following your initial consultation, you will make an appointment where you will begin treatment and get your braces or other orthodontic appliance. Our friendly team will be here to answer any additional questions and walk you through the procedure and next steps.

We will schedule your next appointment at the end of your current appointment. The length in between each appointment depends on your treatment and recommended timeframe from the orthodontist. Appointments can range from every four to six weeks and generally last less than 30 minutes. If you ever need to change an appointment time, please call our office at 704-247-9150.

Dental care during your orthodontic treatment is key to keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Continue to visit your general dentist every six months for routine care and professional teeth cleanings.
