Amanda, DA II, is an orthodontic assistant at our Prettyman Orthodontics – SouthPark office. She graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Management. After two years of working in that field, she decided to go back to school for dental assisting.
The most rewarding part of Amanda’s job is seeing the progress of patients’ teeth as they straighten and the resulting confidence they show in their smile.

Hobby: Playing volleyball
Dream Car: Anything with a defroster that can be started before she gets into car
Sports Teams: Raised to follow the NY Giants and NY Yankees but she really only watches the Olympics
Desired Game Show Appearance: Family Feud. The questions are fun and hilarious to answer
Favorite Place on Earth: Grand Canyon
